24-36 hours. For contactless pick up/drop off we ask that laundry is bagged up (you can provide your own laundry basket if you prefer) and on the porch by 8am. We will return your laundry by 5pm the following day. We will email/text you to let you know that your laundry has been delivered. Please contact us if you prefer a scheduled pick up/drop off time.

Wash, dry, fold (if applicable), our detergent, & delivery.

Yes. If you would like to provide your own detergent we can do that and we take $5 off the cost of the service. We also offer premium add-ons (for a minimal fee) such as detergents, fabric softeners, and dryer sheets, if you have a preference and don't want to provide your own.

No problem! We charge $2.00 per mile for out of the area service.
