Terms of Service for Untamed Autumn

The services provided by Untamed Autumn that has accepted and processed your order are subject to your (“Customer”) compliance with and acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.

Please read the following agreement carefully. The use of any Untamed Autumn services by the “Customer” indicates an agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

This agreement is strictly between Untamed Autumn and the Customer and does not in any way constitute or imply any relationship with any other parties. As a condition of using any of Untamed Autumn’ services, and for the mutual benefit of both Untamed Autumn and the Customer, the undersigned (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Garment Care, Holding Period and Missing or Damaged Goods:

Untamed Autumn will use industry-standard efforts to maintain washing, drying, and folding services at a high level of quality.

Untamed Autumn accepts all Customer garments by weight and does not conduct a piece-by-piece count.

Due to time constraints, Untamed Autumn does not adhere to manufacturer-suggested care and washing/drying labels.

Untamed Autumn uses front-load washers with fast extraction cycles for all Customer garments.

Untamed Autumn accepts no liability for damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during washing and drying.

Untamed Autumn accepts no liability for “special care” or delicate items that require special handling.

Untamed Autumn reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.

Untamed Autumn does not guarantee the removal of all stains.

Untamed Autumn is not responsible for the loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in clothing or bags, such as money, jewelry, or other valuables.

Customers should evaluate the potential loss of any garment and avoid leaving any items that they cannot afford to lose.

Untamed Autumn reserves the right to send Customer garments to any of the Company’s or the Company’s affiliate facilities for washing, drying, and folding services.

The Customer must notify Untamed Autumn within five (5) business days of receiving a delivery of any lost or damaged items from that delivery. Failure to do so constitutes a waiver of claims for any lost or damaged items from that delivery.

Untamed Autumn will hold garments for up to 60 days in case the customer requests their return. After this period, Untamed Autumn reserves the right to donate the items to a charity, non-profit organization, or individuals in need, such as the unsheltered person.
